Job Description

Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Personal Assistant to join our team. This position is ideal for a college student pursuing a career in the medical field who is looking to gain hands-on experience while managing day-to-day tasks. The primary responsibilities include administrative duties, driving to run errands, filing mail, and other tasks, with the opportunity to contribute to light research studies.
Key Responsibilities:
Errands and Administrative Tasks:
Drive to various locations to run errands, such as picking up supplies, filing mail, and other similar tasks. Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital. Handle basic administrative duties as required.
Research Assistance:
Assist in conducting literature writing, data collection, and basic research tasks as needed. Support the preparation of research materials and reports. Collaborate with the team on ongoing research projects related to the medical field.
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a college or university, with a strong interest in the medical field. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Reliable access to a vehicle for running errands. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Basic research skills or a willingness to learn. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Own subscription to AI service (e.g. Chat GPT, Gemini,Claude)
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in an administrative or research role. Familiarity with medical terminology and research methodologies. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
