Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Part Time Receptionist to join our team! Duties Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued from the moment they arrive Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls to the appropriate departments or personnel Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mailings, and deliveries Maintain organized front desk area through filing, data entry, and record keeping Schedule appointments and manage calendars using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools Assist with basic office management tasks such as supply inventory and equipment maintenance Support administrative functions like proofreading documents, updating records, and managing phone etiquette with professionalism Skills Proven experience in front desk or office reception roles with excellent organizational skills Strong computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Ability to operate multi-line phone systems confidently and handle high call volumes gracefully Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently Knowledge of QuickBooks or bookkeeping experience is a plus for handling basic office financials Strong clerical skills including data entry, filing, proofreading, and calendar management Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment in a professional environment Join us in creating a welcoming atmosphere where professionalism meets enthusiasm!
