The ideal candidate will have experience in front office operations, including answering phones, greeting patients, and managing reception duties. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing standard registration forms, verifying information, and collecting patient co-pays. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to effectively manage a multi-line phone system, maintain strong attention to detail, and perform well under pressure. The role requires excellent multitasking skills and the ability to function efficiently in a fast-paced environment where multiple tasks must be handled simultaneously. Strong customer service skills are essential. The candidate should interact in a friendly, professional manner with a diverse range of patients, staff, physicians, and visitors.
