Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Construction Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day administrative operations of our growing construction company. Company is currently mid level size contractor with a local home based office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining project documentation, assisting with financial and payment records, coordinating office and administrative processes, and providing support to company leadership and project operations. Construction industry experience is required. Responsibilities Provide daily administrative support for company operations and construction projects. Maintain organized project files, contracts, permits, insurance documents, and other project records. Assist with preparing and tracking invoices, payment records, and financial documentation. Track, collect, and maintain lien waivers and related payment documentation. Assist with accounts payable and maintaining vendor and subcontractor records. Maintain accurate records of payments, invoices, and project documentation. Prepare correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and other documents as needed. Communicate professionally with subcontractors, vendors, clients, and internal team members. Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems. Assist with scheduling, meetings, and general office coordination. Provide administrative support to the Owners and Operations Manager. Qualifications Previous construction administrative or office experience required. Construction industry experience is required. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel. Experience with QuickBooks is preferred. Familiarity with construction documents, invoices, lien waivers, and subcontractor/vendor documentation is preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
Pay:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
