Job Description

The American Security Council Foundation (ASCF) is seeking a highly organized and professional Office Coordinator to support the daily operations of our growing nonprofit organization. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, personable, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced office environment while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Position Details:
Part-Time:
Monday-Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Compensation:
$20.00-$25.00 per hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative and office support. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and email. Track payroll information and assist with basic bookkeeping functions. Maintain donor records and assist with donor relations activities. Coordinate event RSVPs and provide event support as needed. Answer and direct phone calls. Welcome and assist guests, volunteers, and visitors. Prepare board meeting materials and record meeting minutes. Maintain office files and records. Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in an office or administrative setting. Experience with QuickBooks preferred. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Professional demeanor and customer service mindset. Comfortable using office technology and software applications. Willingness to learn new skills and systems. Social media experience is a plus.
