Job Description

Description Overview This position provides administrative and operational support to school staff, students, and families. Responsibilities include handling communications, assisting with enrollment and school events, and maintaining accurate student data in school systems.
Employment Schedule:
12-months, full-time Duties and Responsibilities Provide support, through phone and email, to school based administration, staff, teachers and parent inquiries; Participate in telephone recruitment and reach-out campaigns to ensure enrollment goals; Attend report card nights, open houses, entrance exam and other events as requested by the office manager or Principal.?Data Input to Transfer data from paper formats into PowerSchool & Terms (attendance, grades, courses, service hours, etc.) Verify data by comparing it to source documents; Update existing data; Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested, Other Duties; Ensure adherence to good safety procedures; Follow federal and state laws, as well as company policy; Perform other duties as delegated by Principal. Full-time Information Management Technician (IMT) are eligible for the following benefits: Medical, Dental, Prescription drug, and Vision Life insurance and Voluntary life insurance 401K Plan with employer match Paid time off (PTO) - vacation, sick, personal Fourteen (14) paid holidays per year
Hourly Rate:
