stuart, florida Posted 3/16/2026 Closes 3/31/2026 Job details Summary Spherion $16.50 - $18.00 per hour Permanent 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Industry administrative & support services (Office and Administrative Support Occupations) Reference number S_173474 We are looking for an administrative assistant to join a local team. You will balance the technical precision of managing Accounts Receivable and order invoicing with friendly, expert-level customer support. This position requires recent QuickBooks experience. This is an onsite position.
Responsibilities:
QuickBooks Power User:
Handle high-volume invoicing, add new customers, receive payments, and diligently track past-due accounts (AR).
Customer Advocate:
Answer multi-line phones, Olark chats, and emails with a "smile in your voice"
Operational Support:
Process website queues within 24?48 hours, print certification cards, and assist the shipping department with order pulling and inventory.
Team Player:
Collaborate across departments to ensure our database is accurate and our members are supported.
Working hours:
8:00 AM - 5:00
PM Skills:
Proficiency using Slack and Trello a plus Bilingual Spanish a plus but not required
Education:
Associate Experience:
1-4 years
