High School Diploma or Equivalent Skills:

Communication Skills

  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively, both verbally and in writing, with staff, participants, partners, and the public Organizational Skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, maintain accurate records, manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Computer Proficiency
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, data entry, and general office technology Customer Service & Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to provide courteous, professional customer service while building positive working relationships with diverse individuals and maintaining confidentiality Attention to Detail & Problem-Solving
  • Ability to accurately complete administrative tasks, identify issues, exercise sound judgment, and work independently while supporting organizational operations
Required Screenings:

Background Checks (

Local, State & Federal:

7-Year History Check). Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and visitors while providing professional customer service Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate staff and program activities Prepare, organize, and maintain files, reports, correspondence, and other administrative documents Assist with data entry, attendance records, program documentation, and database management Support the preparation of reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and meeting minutes Order, inventory, and organize office supplies, equipment, and program materials Process incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and other communications Assist with event planning, program logistics, registrations, and coordination of workshops and community activities Maintain confidential records and ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and documentation standards Provide administrative support to leadership and staff by completing special projects and other duties as assigned

Work Environment:

Services provided in schools, community centers, parks, rec. facilities, and other educational settings. The position may require both indoor and outdoor work while actively supporting instructional and enrichment activities. Will be discussed with applicant.

Days & Hours:

Full and Part Time position; PRN; days of operation are Sunday through Saturday; 1st shift (9:00am to 5:00pm); 25 hours per week. Complete work schedule will be discussed with applicant.
