This role is vital in managing daily administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and workflows, and ensure all paperwork, documentation, and office processes run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills to foster a productive and welcoming workplace. As an Office Coordinator, you serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external administrative inquiries. You will play a key role in creating an organized and efficient work setting. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact. Coordinate and manage daily office operations to ensure efficient workflow Maintain an organized filing system, both physical and digital Prepare and process forms, contracts, reports and coorespondence Coordinate calendars, meetings, and appointments. Order and manage office supplies Support human resources functions by assisting with filing, employee onboarding, record keeping, and ensuring compliance with office policies Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong clerical skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
