Responsibilities Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with friendly professionalism Handle multi-line phone systems efficiently, answering inquiries, scheduling and routing calls accurately Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy using computer literacy skills in both Quickbooks and Microsoft Office applications Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of documents Provide excellent customer service by supporting clients and internal employees with administrative needs Handle confidential information discreetly while managing office duties such as scheduling service calls, routing calls to the correct person, supply inventory, filing, maintaining vital spreadsheets and company logs Requirements Proven clerical experience with a background demonstrating strong organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills Experience with QuickBooks software is highly desirable Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse clientele and team members Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for professional phone support and client interaction Strong typing, proofreading, data entry, and organizational skills to ensure accuracy in all tasks Ability to handle confidential information responsibly while maintaining high levels of professionalism Personal and small office setting experience that demonstrates multitasking ability, time management skills, and the ability to work well under pressure!
Pay:
$20.00 - $28.00 per hour
