Operations Coordinator Hours:
M-F from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative / Operations Coordinator to support our branch, operations, field leaders, and customers. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, professional, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced service environment.
Responsibilities include:
Provide administrative support to branch, operations, and field teams Assist with data entry, filing, reporting, document management, and correspondence Maintain accurate customer, service, work order, scheduling, and job information Answer customer questions and route issues to the appropriate team member Support scheduling, service coordination, and follow-up items Track job status, open tasks, service completion, and customer requests Assist with reports, spreadsheets, forms, and internal communications Help with billing support, purchase orders, vendor documents, and expense tracking as needed Communicate clearly with office staff, field teams, sales, finance, and leadership Maintain confidentiality and a professional office environment
Requirements:
Previous administrative, office coordinator, operations support, or customer service experience Customer service experience required Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Quickbooks, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow up consistently Professional phone and email communication skills Reliable, organized, and able to work well with office and field teams Preferred experience: Scheduling, routing, service coordination, work orders, billing, or CRM systems Working with homeowners, HOAs, property managers, commercial customers, or vendors
