Administrative Assistant Restoring All People Support Center LLC is seeking an organized, dependable, and professional Administrative Assistant to support the daily administrative operations of our growing organization. This is not strictly a desk position. The Administrative Assistant will assist management with office responsibilities as well as occasional business-related errands and travel throughout the local area. Key Responsibilities Provide general administrative support to management Answer and respond to phone calls, emails, and messages professionally Organize and maintain employee and client files Assist with new employee onboarding and required documentation Track employee training documents and expiration dates Assist with scheduling and staff communication Review documents for completeness and accuracy Maintain organized electronic and physical records Prepare forms, letters, reports, and other company documents Communicate with employees, guardians, providers, and other professionals as directed Assist with payroll/timekeeping preparation and verification Run occasional business-related errands and pick up/drop off documents or supplies Travel to company locations or meetings when needed Maintain confidentiality of employee and client information Help management stay organized with deadlines, appointments, and follow-ups Perform additional administrative duties as needed Transportation Requirements Reliable personal transportation is required for this position.
The candidate must:
Have their own reliable vehicle Have a valid driver's license Maintain current auto insurance Be comfortable driving locally for business-related errands, meetings, document delivery/pickup, and other administrative needs Qualifications Previous administrative, office assistant, receptionist, or similar experience preferred Strong organizational and time-management skills Professional written and verbal communication skills Comfortable using computers, email, Microsoft Office, Google Docs/Drive, and other online systems Ability to learn new software quickly Strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities Dependable and punctual Able to work independently with limited supervision Must maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times Ideal Candidate We are looking for a self-starter who does not need to be constantly reminded about responsibilities. The right person notices what needs attention, follows through on assignments, stays organized, and communicates effectively with management. Experience working in healthcare, APD services, home and community-based services, behavioral health, or a similar environment is a plus, but not required.
