Overview The Unit Secretary plays a vital role in supporting the smooth operation.by providing exceptional administrative and customer service support. This position involves handling various clerical tasks, managing communication channels, and ensuring efficient coordination .The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities Deliver excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and staff, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. Manage incoming and outgoing phone communications promptly and effectively, directing calls to appropriate personnel as needed. Perform accurate typing of documents, reports, and correspondence to maintain clear and organized records. Assist with daily logistics and administrative tasks to support unit operations. Coordinate appointments, admissions, discharges, and other logistical Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in compliance with regulations. Support team members with various clerical duties to enhance overall unit efficiency. Experience Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred. Strong typing skills with attention to accuracy and detail. Excellent communication skills Bilingual for effective phone interactions.

Spanish English. Ability to multitask efficiently in a busy healthcare environment. Familiarity with basic administrative procedures and office equipment is advantageous. Demonstrated organizational skills and professionalism are essential for success in this role.

From $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 32.0 per week
