This position involves a variety of administrative, client service, and office support responsibilities, including assisting the CEO, communicating with clients and business partners, managing data entry, scheduling appointments, and helping ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate is organized, takes initiative, enjoys working with people, and has excellent written and verbal communication skills. Because our work involves sensitive financial and personal information, professionalism, discretion, and a strong commitment to confidentiality are essential. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, is comfortable managing multiple responsibilities, and is eager to learn and grow with our firm. An interest in personal financial planning, estate planning, tax planning, or insurance is a plus, and opportunities for professional development are available and encouraged.
Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and follow through on tasks. Professional, friendly, and client-focused attitude. Ability to handle confidential information with care. Interest or experience in the financial services industry preferred. Bilingual/Spanish is required.
Pay:
$19.00 - $20.00 per hour
