FULL-TIME CHIROPRACTIC / PT OFFICE TEAM MEMBER

Chiropractic or Physical Therapy Office Experience

We are looking for a Advanced Technology Patient Care Team Member who enjoys working directly with patients, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants a rewarding, long-term position with a growing healthcare practice. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

You'll play an important role in both our front office operations and patient care , including: Greet and welcome patients and visitors with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude Answer phones and assist patients with questions and concerns Schedule appointments and manage the daily appointment calendar Assist with front-office administrative responsibilities Maintain patient files and assist with filing, faxing, scanning, and other office tasks Maintain strict patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA regulations Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive patient experience Assist with patient treatments, including: Class IV Laser Therapy Spinal Decompression Therapy Knee on Trac Decompression Shockwave Therapy Neuropathy Program Work closely with doctors and other team members to ensure patients receive excellent care Help keep the office organized, efficient, and running smoothly

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR REQUIRED

Ability to multitask in a busy healthcare environment Previous experience working in a Chiropractic or Physical Therapy office Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, outgoing, and extroverted personality Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Professional appearance and attitude Strong computer skills and ability to learn electronic medical record (EMR) systems Reliable, dependable, and punctual Ability to work effectively as part of a team

EXPERIENCE WITH THERAPIES IS A PLUS!

Previous experience with Class IV Laser, Spinal Decompression, Knee on Trac Decompression, Shockwave Therapy, or Neuropathy treatments is a major plus! Don't have experience with these specific treatments? No problem! We will provide the training you need.

Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
