Office Assistant Requirements 1-2 years of administrative, office, bookkeeping, or hospitality support experience. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, or Google Workspace. Excellent communication and time management skills. High school diploma or equivalent required; an Associate degree is a plus. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. Office Assistant Responsibilities Coordinate business licenses and compliance documentation for multiple locations. Process and track equipment, supply, and operational orders while communicating with vendors. Support the accounting team with invoices, purchase orders, expense documentation, and vendor follow-up. Assist operations leadership with administrative requests, reporting, and document management. Maintain organized records while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
