Job Description

United States Duration:
4 months Shift hours: Mon- Fri (08:00AM to 05:00PM)
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience working in a professional office environment.
  • Strong customer service, sales support, and office administration skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in customer service, Outlook inbox management, Microsoft Excel, professional virtual meeting etiquette, telephone communication, and time management.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong computer literacy and technical aptitude.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data management and reporting.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive, verify, and distribute work requests from customers through various work order management systems.
  • Manage work orders by entering labor, contract, and material charges, and ensure timely closure of completed work orders.
  • Maintain the integrity and accuracy of data within the work order management system.
  • Handle and process confidential information in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain complex filing and record-keeping systems.
  • Prioritize workload effectively to meet the needs of both internal and external customers.
  • Develop, implement, and improve processes related to work order control and management systems.
  • Lead work order-based customer meetings and provide updates on work order status, trends, and performance metrics.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
