Duties:
Process all client billings and pay applications Responsible for tracking lien releases Coordinate job buy-out for project subcontractors & suppliers Process Accounts Payable Support Project Managers General administrative duties
Requirements:
Four or more years of construction industry experience Experience supporting project managers Experience with Vista Viewpoint or other construction software (SAGE 300, FCC, Foundation) Our client offers a salary of up to $65k plus full benefits including M/D/ V/ 401k and ESOP.
