CONFIDENTIAL ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Ball Ground, GA | Full-Time | $50,000-$60,000 Position Summary A confidential organization in Ball Ground, Georgia is seeking a polished, highly organized, and dependable Administrative Assistant to provide front desk and administrative support to the President and EVP/CFO, with additional support to the Accounting and Human Resources departments. As the first point of contact for the office, this position requires someone who is professional, personable, discreet, organized, and capable of managing a broad range of administrative, clerical, and departmental responsibilities.REQUIRED QUALIFICATION
Recent professional experience working as an Administrative Assistant must be clearly demonstrated on your resume. Candidates must have previous, recent Administrative Assistant experience and be comfortable providing support to executives and multiple departments in a professional office environment. Job Responsibilities / Essential Functions Answer and route incoming calls; respond promptly and professionally to employee and vendor inquiries Greet and direct visitors while maintaining a polished and welcoming front office presence Provide administrative support to the President and EVP/CFO Support Human Resources functions, including new-hire onboarding and other transactional personnel tasks Assist with timekeeping and payroll processing, including heavy use of Excel Draft, format, and edit correspondence, memos, spreadsheets, and presentations Coordinate meetings and events, including scheduling, room setup/breakdown, catering, coffee, snacks, and lunch pickup Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting logistics Book and coordinate business travel, including flights, hotels, rental cars, and itineraries Purchase and maintain office supplies and inventory Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail Run business errands as needed, including picking up lunch and supplies and making deliveries such as dropping off mail Maintain organized physical and electronic filing systems Perform scanning and data entry in support of Accounts Payable Request and track vendor and subcontractor paperwork, ensuring required documentation is received, filed electronically, and maintained Receive, track, and retain incoming documentation and records Prepare and process outgoing shipments Assist Accounting and Human Resources with administrative and clerical functions Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications Recent Administrative Assistant experience required and must appear on your resume Professional, polished, and highly dependable Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting deadlines Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel Excellent judgment and discretion when handling confidential information Comfortable interacting with executives, employees, vendors, visitors, and outside contacts Proactive, resourceful, and capable of working independently Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's license required Comfortable running occasional business errands Must be able to work on-site in Ball Ground, GA Compensation $50,000-$60,000 annuallyPay:
