You will be the first point of contact, manage essential administrative tasks, and support various departments with efficiency and professionalism. Duties Manage answering inquiries promptly Provide exceptional customer service by handling client communication, and supporting production operations. Maintain organized filing systems, process data entry tasks, and ensure all records are accurate and up-to-date using spreadsheets and productivity software. Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings to optimize office productivity. Utilize computer literacy skills to prepare word processing documents, proofread correspondence, and support office management activities. Support personal assistant duties as needed, including managing emails, preparing reports, and assisting with special projects. Experience Proven clerical experience or office management background demonstrating strong organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with spreadsheets and data entry processes. Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—in a bilingual environment is a plus. Demonstrated ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting. Strong computer skills including technical proficiency in productivity software and general computer literacy.
