Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent bilingual communication skills in both English and Korean, strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to prepare professional reports and coordinate with vendors and business partners. Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for daily office operations
- Prepare, edit, and maintain reports, presentations, and business documents using Microsoft Office applications
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and company events
- Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to coordinate schedules, deliveries, maintenance, and other business activities
- Serve as a liaison between internal departments and external vendors to ensure timely communication and follow-up
- Manage internal and external communications in both English and Korean
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation
- Assist with purchasing, vendor coordination, and general office administration
- Support management with special projects and other administrative duties as assigned. Required Qualifications
- Fluency in both English and Korean (spoken and written)
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Ability to prepare professional reports and business documentation
- Experience communicating and coordinating with vendors, suppliers, or contractors
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be a U.S. Permanent Resident or U.S. Citizen. Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree og higher
