Full-time About Blue Alchemy Blue Alchemy IV Hydration & Wellness is a medically guided wellness clinic in Evans, Georgia, serving Evans, Martinez, Grovetown, Augusta, and the greater CSRA. Founded by Melissa Blue, RN, after nearly 30 years of nursing experience, Blue Alchemy was created to help people invest in their health before a crisis forces them to. We combine strong clinical standards with a welcoming, personalized wellness experience. Our goal is for every client to feel cared for from the moment they walk through the door until the moment they leave. About the Role The Front Office Wellness Coordinator is often the first face and voice our clients experience—and the last person they see before leaving . This position sits at the intersection of hospitality, customer service, wellness, and clinical support . You will help create a calm, organized, welcoming environment while supporting our nursing team and helping the day-to-day operations of the clinic run smoothly. Responsibilities Front Office & Client Experience Warmly welcome and check in clients Answer incoming phone calls and respond to client messages Schedule, confirm, and coordinate appointments Assist clients with consent forms, intake paperwork, and required documentation Maintain a clean, calm, organized, professional front office environment Help clients understand available services, Community options, packages, and current promotions when appropriate Collect payments and assist with checkout Help schedule future appointments and encourage appropriate follow-up Provide an exceptional client experience from arrival through departure Clinical & Administrative Support Obtain and accurately document client vital signs Immediately communicate abnormal or concerning findings to the RN Prepare treatment rooms and supplies for IV therapy and wellness services Assist with room turnover between clients Maintain cleanliness, organization, and infection-control standards Complete accurate documentation and data entry Keep supplies organized and notify appropriate staff when items need to be replenished Support nurses and other clinical team members as needed Assist with client retention and scheduling coordination Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience in healthcare, wellness, hospitality, medical office, med spa, or concierge-style customer service preferred Customer service or sales experience strongly preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Comfortable using computers, scheduling systems, and electronic documentation Able to maintain professionalism and confidentiality Detail-oriented and dependable Interest in preventative health and wellness preferred Who Will Thrive at Blue Alchemy We are looking for someone who is: Warm and genuinely welcoming Comfortable talking with many different types of people Dependable and punctual Organized and detail-oriented Calm under pressure Proactive rather than waiting to be told what needs to be done Able to multitask without losing attention to detail Comfortable discussing services and helping clients make decisions Team-oriented and willing to jump in where needed Interested in health, wellness, and helping people feel their best Why This Role Is Different This isn't simply a receptionist position.
