Job Description

Responsibilities The Safety Administrative Assistant is primarily responsible for providing administrative support to the safety team(s). Responsibilities and Essential Duties include the following (other duties may be assigned): Coordinate and prepare orientation spaces Assist with scheduling and tracking orientations Assist with tracking safety compliance Assist with tracking subs on project Ensure completion and entering of daily reports, PTPs, manhours, etc. Create and maintain all required safety files Assist safety managers with day to day tasks as directed Addional duties and assignments will be added as needed per the job requirements Education
