Georgia Power Job Summary Our Client is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant III to provide expert-level administrative and operational support to the Fleet Support team. The successful candidate willbring more than 11 years of administrative experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while handling confidential information with professionalism. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars, schedules, appointments, and priorities for team members.
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and special events, including logistics, agendas,
  • materials, and follow-up activities.
  • Prepare, edit, review, and format complex reports, presentations, correspondence, and
  • other business documents.
  • Conduct research, gather and analyze information, and compile reports supporting
  • planning and decision-making.
  • Track budgets, expenses, invoices, and financial information while ensuring accuracy and
  • policy compliance.
  • Maintain confidential business and personnel information with discretion.
  • Serve as a primary contact for internal departments, vendors, and external stakeholders.
  • Support daily office operations and recommend improvements that increase team
  • efficiency. Required Qualifications
  • More than 11 years of progressively responsible administrative support experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong calendar, meeting, event, and document-management capabilities.
  • Experience with expense tracking, budget administration, and financial reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, judgment, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
