Regional Electrical Contractor Seeking Mission Critical Onsite Project Managers Pay:
To commensurate with experience but
TOP PAY AVAILABLE
Minimum Requirements:
5+ years' experience as Assistant PM or Project Manager in Commercial or Industrial electrical field. Master Electrician, 4 year apprenticeship program, technical school degree, or equivalent bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or construction management. Possess a thorough understanding of NEC code requirements for Commercial and Industrial applications. Possess a thorough understanding of computers and computer software including but not limited to Windows, MS Project, MS Excell, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook Above standard requirements: Capability to use AutoCAD, Revit or Navisworks Experience with
BIM & BIM
coordination Understanding of commercial and industrial construction process Experience with the mission critical data center field Responsibilities include but not limited to the following: Assist with project bid estimates and change order proposals Read blueprints, specifications and NEC Travel to complete site visits and/or meetings with customers and owners Always maintain a high level of professionalism Develop client relationships to create more business for firm Learn quickly company specific software such as McCormick Estimating, Autocad viewer, Accubid Estimating etc. Manage large scale mission critical project onsite Hire, train and supervise electricians, foremen and office support staff Read and create project schedules Direct support staff on project needs Plan for upcoming schedule milestone and target dates Monitor job progress and make necessary changes to meet goals Monitor job costs and complete Job Cost Projections weekly Please respond with resume
