Job Description

Qualified Staffing is seeking a Full-Time Administrative Assistant to support the HIV Prevention Program for a client in LaGrange, GA.
Schedule:
Full-TimePay:
$15.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
  • Assist with community outreach activities, including HIV rapid testing events, community education, and literature distribution.
  • Coordinate monthly supply orders and deliveries to community partners and health departments.
  • Manage, package, and mail program materials and supplies.
  • Assist with identifying new community partners for outreach activities and program services.
  • Maintain program data, contracts, MOUs, reports, and other required documentation.
  • Prepare paperwork, correspondence, and other administrative materials.
  • Assist program staff with connecting individuals to appropriate resources and services.
  • Maintain organized files and charts.
  • Answer and return phone calls and provide assistance to internal and external customers.
  • Assist with meetings, trainings, and other program activities.
  • Participate in emergency preparedness activities as directed.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Previous administrative, clerical, or office support experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally.
  • Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with medical terminology is preferred.
  • Public health experience is a plus.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred.
Requirements:
