Job Description
Qualified Staffing is seeking a Full-Time Administrative Assistant to support the HIV Prevention Program for a client in LaGrange, GA.
Schedule:
Full-TimePay:
$15.00 per hourResponsibilities:
- Assist with community outreach activities, including HIV rapid testing events, community education, and literature distribution.
- Coordinate monthly supply orders and deliveries to community partners and health departments.
- Manage, package, and mail program materials and supplies.
- Assist with identifying new community partners for outreach activities and program services.
- Maintain program data, contracts, MOUs, reports, and other required documentation.
- Prepare paperwork, correspondence, and other administrative materials.
- Assist program staff with connecting individuals to appropriate resources and services.
- Maintain organized files and charts.
- Answer and return phone calls and provide assistance to internal and external customers.
- Assist with meetings, trainings, and other program activities.
- Participate in emergency preparedness activities as directed.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous administrative, clerical, or office support experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally.
- Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with medical terminology is preferred.
- Public health experience is a plus.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred.
