Answer multi-line phone systems promptly with professional phone etiquette, providing excellent customer support. Manage front desk operations including answering calls, scheduling appointments, and handling inquiries efficiently. Maintain organized filing systems, update calendars, and assist with general office management duties. Support clerical tasks such as data entry, proofreading documents, and preparing correspondence using Microsoft Office applications. Assist with client communication by providing clear information and supporting their needs effectively. Handle administrative responsibilities like faxing, photocopying, and managing office supplies to ensure smooth daily operations. Skills Bilingual proficiency to communicate effectively with diverse clients and team members. Strong office management skills with experience in clerical work and administrative support. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and computer literacy for various office tasks. Excellent phone answering skills with knowledge of multi-line phone systems and phone reception best practices. Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively. Exceptional customer service abilities with a focus on client communication and support. Accurate typing speed along with proofreading skills to ensure error-free documents. Experience in filing, calendar management, time management, and personal assistant responsibilities enhances your effectiveness in this role.
