" We are looking to add a Service Coordinator to our team! This job requires a patient and stable work style and consistency in dealing with repetitive routines. The ideal candidate is a cooperative, agreeable, and sympathetic listener who gets along with and enjoys helping others. A service- and team-oriented mindset is essential to success. The work requires attention to detail. The candidate must be able to manage those details with relative accuracy and careful attention to quality. They must be comfortable working under close supervision within a stable team environment. Responsibilities
  • Work Order management
  • Work Order scheduling
  • Customer Service
  • Billings/Accounts Receivable
  • Accounts Payable Invoices
  • Collections/ Accounts Receivable
  • Assist with incentive programs
  • Project set up/Closeout
  • Assist with subtrade management
  • Request Building Permit/Business License as needed
  • Set up travel arrangements as needed
  • Misc.

Required Skills and Experience:
2 to 3 years Customer Service Experience 1 to 2 years construction clerical/ administration experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient with CRM software and

$18.00 - $25.00 per hour
