Job Description
Overview The Financial Aid Coordinator is a key support partner for our Smyrna Campus , serving as the first point of contact for students and internal teams within the Financial Aid department. In this role, you'll provide hands‑on administrative and front‑desk support, assist students and families with FAFSA completion, manage appointments and reports, and help triage requests across multiple departments. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a fast‑paced, service‑oriented environment, and takes pride in accurate, detailed work. Eligibility starts first of the month following completing one full month of employment Responsibilities Monitor student traffic for the Financial Aid Department. Answer busy multi-line phone system in a professional manner. Check in new enrollments and create files for them. Enter Data from FAFSAs and other information when presented. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Education / Experience High school diploma or GED required One year of customer service experience preferred. Previous multi-line telephone experience is a plus. Must be able to work at our Exton, PA campus- Monday
- Friday 8am
- 5pm Skills Must have excellent organizational skills and be very detail-oriented.
