Gwinnett Chiropractic and Laser Center is dedicated to providing high-quality chiropractic care with a focus on pain relief, preventative care, and overall wellness. We serve a diverse patient base, including adults, teachers, and young athletes, offering services such as chiropractic adjustments, electrical muscle stimulation, Class IV cold laser therapy, and functional neurology treatments. Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong organizational skills, basic computer knowledge, proficiency in basic math, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients warmly and check them in for appointments Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the clinic's calendar Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently Verify insurance information and process payments Maintain and audit patient ledgers Assist patients with intake forms and maintain accurate records Coordinate patient flow to ensure efficient clinic operations Support the chiropractor and staff with administrative tasks Assist with administrative tasks such as proofreading documents, speaking to attorney's offices and managing other correspondence Maintain a clean and organized front office and waiting area Requirements Proven experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred. Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, etc.) is essential. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail. Previous experience as a clerk or personal assistant is advantageous. Strong proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in communications and documentation. Strong proficiency in basic math skills is essential.
