We're looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented team player to join our fast-growing company. Key Responsibilities Process orders and coordinate Small Parcel, LTL, and FTL shipments. Provide customer service by phone, email, and messaging. Manage inventory and product records. Handle claims and charge disputes. Perform data entry and bookkeeping. Order office and warehouse supplies. Maintain office and warehouse organization. Use AI tools to support sales, operations, data analysis, reporting, and workflow efficiency.

Pay:

$16.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
