Overview Join our dynamic team as an Administrative Assistant and become the backbone of our office operations! Duties Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and direct calls efficiently using professional phone etiquette Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using spreadsheets, word processing, and productivity software such as Microsoft Office and QuickBooks Oversee front desk responsibilities including greeting visitors, handling client communication, and managing incoming mail and packages Coordinate calendar management and schedule appointments for team members with attention to detail and time management skills Support office management tasks such as filing, organizing documents, proofreading correspondence, and maintaining office supplies Provide customer support through clear communication, problem-solving, and ensuring client needs are met with professionalism Assist with clerical tasks like typing reports, updating databases, and supporting personal assistant duties as needed Requirements Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with productivity software Excellent computer literacy including data entry, file management, and technical proficiency in office tools like QuickBooks and spreadsheets Strong phone communication skills with experience handling multi-line phone systems and maintaining professional phone etiquette Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to support diverse client interactions Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks effectively while managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously Previous office experience involving clerical work, customer service, or front desk duties is preferred Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail for proofreading, filing, and calendar management Embark on a rewarding career where your organizational talents shine!
