Job Description
We are a high-volume, fast-paced construction company based in Tucker, GA seeking a highly motivated Administrative Professional to support daily operations and help drive organizational excellence. This role is ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, takes initiative, and can seamlessly manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls and client inquiries, delivering exceptional customer service Manage and coordinate office operations in a busy, deadline-driven environment Support project management activities, including tracking timelines, documentation, and deliverables Oversee vendor coordination, including communication, scheduling, and relationship management Maintain accurate records, files, and operational documentation Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth, efficient workflow across departments Proactively identify areas for process improvement and operational efficiency Qualifications Proven experience in an administrative or office support role, ideally within construction or a related industry Personable and articulate verbal communicator Proactive, highly productive, and driven by a strong commitment to results Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Tech-savvy with a strong ability to quickly master and implement new software, tools, and digital platforms Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with minimal supervision Demonstrated experience in project and vendor management Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); Spanish language skills a plus What We're Looking For A self-starter who can hit the ground running Detail-oriented and committed to operational excellence Adaptable, reliable, and highly organized A team player with a strong sense of ownership and accountability Why Join Us?
