We are seeking a Front Office Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for a motivated, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys supporting project operations, and wants to build a long-term career with a growing company. Position Overview (Entry Level) The Front Office Assistant serves as the first point of contact for visitors, customers, and staff while supporting daily office operations. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who is organized, professional, and eager to learn in the fast-paced construction industry. The role provides administrative support to the team and helps maintain project documentation and office efficiency. Key Responsibilities Greet visitors and handle incoming calls professionally Perform data entry and maintain organized job/project files Support project documentation and safety compliance Transcribe daily field reports Scan and upload documents into company systems Assist management and team with administrative tasks Manage calendars, track field staff activities, and attend meetings Support special projects as needed Qualifications & Skills Minimum of 1 year of office or administrative experience required Familiarity with the construction industry is strongly encouraged Strong data entry, typing, and organizational skills Professional communication and customer service skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook) and Google applications Ability to quickly learn company software and systems Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated, proactive, dependable, and punctual Team-oriented with a positive attitude Must pass a background check and drug test Bilingual a plus What We Offer Competitive compensation Medical, dental, and life insurance Paid time off Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding company Supportive team environment Long-term career potential
