  • Cardiology Aiea, HI With 118 beds and more than 400 physicians on its medical staff, Pali Momi Medical Center offers a full range of services for the communities of Central and West O'ahu.
The hospital has delivered many medical firsts for the community, including Central and West O'ahu's only interventional cardiac catheterization unit to detect and treat heart disease, a fully integrated minimally invasive surgical suite, a comprehensive women's center, CT scan and MRI services, and the state's first retina center. Pali Momi is the only facility in Hawai'i that uses a team triage approach in its emergency room, where patients are promptly evaluated by an emergency physician. The Cardiology professionals at Pali Momi provide a comprehensive array of heart and vascular services for every stage of life, from pediatrics to geriatrics. If you are detail-oriented and have excellent organizational skills, you form part of the team that is responsible for the day-to-day operation and efficiency of the Cardiology clinic Operations. As the Business Office Assistant, you will support the general operations, including functions related to patient scheduling, registration, charge capture and data entry. We are looking for someone who can work collaboratively in a team-oriented atmosphere and shares our commitment to creating a healthier Hawai'i.

High School or equivalent. One (1) year general clerical or secretarial experience in position with customer contact.
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate's degree in Business, Medical technology or related field. Medical Terminology course. One (1) year experience in a physician's office or outpatient clinic setting.
