Job Description

Administrative Assistant (224339-14) Support daily operations for a local construction company as their Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate is organized, task driven, and has clear and strong communication skills. Hours Full-time, Monday-Friday, 6:30am-3:30pm Location Kapolei, Oahu Pay $25 to $27 an hour Responsibilities Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the President and leadership team. Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate appointments, and assist leadership with daily administrative priorities. Coordinate travel logistics, including flights, rental vehicles, hotels, and other reservations. Prepare and edit reports, presentations, correspondence, and other business documents. Monitor incoming calls, emails, and requests, directing items to the appropriate team member and following up as needed. Maintain discretion when working with confidential executive, company, and personnel information. Maintain organized electronic and physical records, files, and corporate documentation. Handle day-to-day office tasks such as scanning, copying, filing, typing, mail distribution, and document preparation. Assist with special assignments, company projects, and other administrative needs as requested by leadership. Serve as a professional point of contact for employees, clients, and visitors by phone, email, and in person. Assist with HR paperwork, onboarding documentation, personnel records, and other administrative HR processes under the direction of the President. Coordinate office equipment maintenance and service requests and help ensure supplies are available within approved spending limits Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent is required. Minimum 3 years of administrative or executive assistant experience. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Valid driver's license and vehicle.
