Job Description

Support Services Administrator (224550-14) A nonprofit organization in the health services sector is seeking an Executive Assistant to support its senior leadership team. This role is responsible for managing calendars, coordinating meetings and travel, handling correspondence, maintaining office records and supplies, and preparing reports and internal communications. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and able to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Hours Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm Location Kapolei, Oahu Pay $47,000 to $60,000 a year Responsibilities Coordinate and maintain schedules, meetings, travel, and communications for executive leadership. Prepare reports, documents, presentations, and meeting materials. Maintain organized filing systems and ensure record-keeping accuracy. Liaise with internal teams and external partners on behalf of executive leadership. Monitor and order office supplies, maintain equipment, and troubleshoot issues as needed. Draft and review professional correspondence and communications. Assist with ongoing projects, internal initiatives, and office operations. Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all executive-related tasks. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years' experience in an administrative or executive support role. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail and the ability to manage shifting priorities. Comfortable working independently and collaboratively. Associate degree or higher preferred.
