Attend weekly team meetings and trainings as requested. Prepare correspondence, meeting minutes and compiling of documents Maintain supervisor's calendar, arrange and schedule meetings, and arrange travel and other accommodations Generate weekly and monthly project reports. Assist with other reports as needed Coordinate and compile property management reports Responsible for ensuring coverage of office hours and maintaining office supply inventory Prepare presentations for property management Coordinate tasks across multiple departments and levels throughout the organization Handle petty cash for office property management staff Execute projects assigned byOperations Director Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in a business related field preferred Minimum 1 - 3 years experience working in an administrative role required Experience with computer systems required including web based applications and Microsoft Office Able to summarize and communicate moderately complex information in varied written and verbal formats Comprehend and communicate complex verbal information in English to organization staff, clients, visitors and external customers. Basic knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices and procedures with the ability to use in routine situations. Specialized knowledge not required Interact respectfully with other clients, visitors, organization staff and/or external contacts to offer ideas, identify issues, obtain information or deliver services. Able to provide a high level of customer service to internal and external customers Work routine is fairly consistent, but employee needs to be able to use judgment to respond to events several times a week Must have a current vehicle license in good standing and meet the driving records standards outlined in theCompany Safe Vehicular Operations Policy Note:
