Office Coordinator Ready for a role that keeps you moving, gives you variety and offers a 4-day workweek? We're looking for a friendly, organized, and energetic team member who loves helping people! This role is all about creating a great patient experience while keeping the front office running smoothly. This position will primarily be based in our Britt location , with one day each week in our Mason City office . A great mix of teamwork, variety, and a schedule that gives you an extra day off during the week! What You'll Do Welcome patients and create a positive first impression Answer phones and schedule appointments Check patients in and out Keep patient information accurate and organized Manage recall/recare and help fill schedule openings Review insurance benefits and submit/follow up on claims Prepare and present treatment plans and financial options Collect payments and manage patient accounts Follow up on outstanding balances Keep the front office organized, stocked, and looking great Help with correspondence, marketing, and other office projects Jump in and help the team wherever needed What We're Looking For Friendly, positive, and professional Great communicator and team player Organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable discussing treatment and financial options with patients Able to multitask in a busy office Flexible and open to learning new things Strong customer service and problem-solving skills Dental or office experience is a plus!
