Production Workers:

Line Workers & Operators Needed! $17.60+/hr - Depending on the Position, Plus an extra $1/hr Shift Premium for 2nd & 3rd shifts 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift openings available Are you ready to be part of a team that helps feed the nation? Our staffing agency is now hiring Production Workers to join the team of an established food manufacturing company located in Britt, IA. Whether you're operating machinery or ensuring quality on the line, your role will be essential to keeping production running smoothly. We're looking for individuals who take pride in their work, show up on time, and are committed to doing the job right. Candidates with a solid work history and strong attendance record are highly encouraged to apply!

Responsibilities:

Operators:

Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and escalate when necessary Maintain accurate production and quality records Follow all safety and sanitation protocols

Production Line Workers:

Package, sort, and inspect products on the production line Monitor product quality and report any defects Maintain a clean and organized work area Work efficiently to meet production targets Assist with setup and cleanup of the production area as needed

Requirements:

Must be reliable and punctual - consistent attendance is critical Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Willingness to work in a fast-paced, food production environment Ability to lift up to 30-50 lbs depending on the position Must be able to follow safety and cleanliness standards Previous manufacturing or food production is preferred Flexibility to work assigned shift (1st, 2nd, or 3rd)
