Office Assistant 1-800-GOT-JUNK? Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Assistant to join our dynamic team at 1-800-GOT-JUNK? In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily reservation systems, communicating with clients and partners, and supporting the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will thrive in a high-energy environment, possess strong computer literacy, and be capable of working independently in a casual work setting. This franchise location is operated by an inspiring young entrepreneur who is growing a successful business. Duties Manage the daily reservation system for 1-800-GOT-JUNK, ensuring accurate scheduling for our teams out in the trucks Make welcome calls to customers and commercial partners to confirm appointments and provide excellent service Handle client communication efficiently via phone and email, addressing inquiries and providing information as needed Close out the end of each day by reconciling jobs, ensuring all records are accurate and complete Support general office operations, including filing, data entry, and administrative tasks Work independently within a casual work environment while maintaining high levels of organization and professionalism Skills Strong computer literacy with proficiency in office software and reservation management systems Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for client interactions and team coordination Previous office experience is preferred to ensure familiarity with administrative procedures Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment Customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently and accurately This position is a paid opportunity suitable for individuals who are motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a vibrant team environment.
