BUSINESS ASSISTANT
We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and professional Business Assistant to join our team in both our Davenport and Rock Island offices. The ideal candidate is organized, positive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a busy environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The Business Assistant helps support the daily operations of the front office and provides excellent service to patients and team members.
Responsibilities may include:
Answering phones and responding to patient messages Greeting patients and assisting with check-in and check-out Managing appointments, confirmations, and scheduling Maintaining accurate patient and insurance information Verifying insurance benefits and assisting with patient financial questions Processing payments and maintaining office records Supporting daily office opening, closing, and administrative procedures Assisting with treatment planning and other administrative needs Preparing schedules and information for team meetings Supporting office communication and organization Troubleshooting basic technology issues and contacting support when needed Maintaining patient privacy and confidentiality Supporting office goals and assisting with other duties as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent Previous dental or medical office experience preferred Experience with dental insurance is a plus Strong organizational and communication skills Comfortable learning new software and technology Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and transportation Professional, positive, and patient-focused approach

00 AM-3:00 PM, 4 days per week
