Front of House Administrator A Front of House administrator acts as the first point of contact for visitors, manages the reception area, and provides administrative support for various departments. Must maintain a professional office environment.
Reception and Customer Service:
Greet visitors : Act as the first point of contact, welcoming guests and ensuring a positive experience. Answer phone calls : Manage incoming calls, screen them, and direct to the appropriate dept. Manage the reception/showroom areas : Ensure the reception and showroom areas are clean, organized, and well-presented. Handle mail and deliveries : Process incoming and outgoing mail, manage courier services, and organize packages. Provide information : Answer general inquiries about the company and direct visitors to the appropriate departments. Take in and distribute plans, samples and small parts orders
Administrative Support POS System:
Coordinate with all sales departments data entry needs and input into ERP system. Assist in processing AP/AR payments Take and apply payments as needed General reporting to managers/sales
Managing CRM:
Maintain and report to accurate records, including visitor logs, phone logs, lead intakes and other relevant information. Ensure department utilization. Office management : Support office operations by managing supplies, organizing documents, and ensuring the office is well-maintained. Opening and closing functions of showroom Balancing of cash drawers Company support: Maintain birthday/anniversary calendars and procure cards as needed Help in event planning, company meetings and swag closet inventory Back up to accounting manager
Pay:
$21.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
