Full-Time Business Administrator Fort Dodge Dental Associates| Fort Dodge, Iowa Fort Dodge and Associates is seeking a professional, dependable, and friendly Part-Time Business Administrator to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and helping create a positive experience for patients from the moment they contact our office. Key Responsibilities Welcome patients and provide professional, courteous front-desk support Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with questions Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments Help maintain an organized and efficient daily schedule Communicate with patients regarding appointments and scheduling needs Assist with patient check-in and check-out Maintain accurate patient and administrative information Support the business team with general front-office responsibilities Work collaboratively with the clinical and administrative teams to provide an excellent patient experience Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills Professional, friendly, and dependable Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable communicating with patients both in person and by phone Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy office environment Basic computer skills and willingness to learn office systems Previous dental, medical, administrative, or customer service experience is preferred, but not required
