SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversees a team of foreman and team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications.
- Delegates work and assignments to team members based on expertise, work experience, and time constraints.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Create jobs in project management system and provides technical support of software program.
- Creates panels schedules/placards/receptacle labels as needed throughout the project.
- Creates/updates/tracks the submittal and closeout documents.
- Review and tracking of change orders, submittals, tracking logs, and related project documents.
- Orders material, and monitors delivery. Consults with suppliers for questions or complications with products.
- Completes the prep work and change orders for prefab and underground.
- Tracks documents throughout the project (RFIs, ITCs, etc.)
- Attend project meetings, per the PM request.
- Ensures that project files are up-to-date and readily available for reference

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Associate or bachelor's degree in business, communications, or similar field preferred. Prior experience in Construction and or Accounting Time management and analytical skills Excellent client-facing communication skills Proficient in Microsoft OfficePHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- In-office and in the field as needed.
- Operating hours: 7:00 am
- 4:30 pm
- Standard working hours: 7:00 am
- 3:30 pm
TRAVEL REQUIREMENT

Pay:
$23.00- $27.
