Logistics & Benefits Schedule:

Predictable full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:15 PM.

Pay:

Starting from $18.50 per hour. $250 bonus opportunity once certified.

Required:

High school diploma/equivalent, reliable transportation, ability to pass a clinical background check, and willingness to maintain an active RBT certification.

You:

We provide 100% reimbursement for your RBT course, application, and exam, plus up to $10,000 in tuition towards a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis. The Role As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) , you will: Work 1:1 with children (ages 2-6) under BCBA supervision. Implement personalized treatment plans. Accurately record progress using our data collection system. Build positive relationships with families and team members.
