We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team and support the day-to-day operations of our company. We're looking for someone who is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent organizational and time-management abilities, and experience with Microsoft Office. Experience with QuickBooks, invoicing, data entry, and general office administration is preferred. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying organized, working independently, communicating with a team, and taking initiative to keep things moving.
