Lakeivew Elementary Building Secretary •Immediate Opening - Open Until Filled• The Solon Community School District is in search of a Building Secretary for Lakeview Elementary School. Lakeview Elementary houses Preschool through 2nd grade with a student population of 375 students and 50 certified and classified staff. The Building Secretary serves as the primary administrative support for the building principal and the first point of contact for students, staff, families, and visitors to the school. This position manages the front office, maintains accurate student and school records, coordinates communication between the school and the district office, and supports the day-to-day operations that keep the building running smoothly. The Building Secretary is expected to exercise sound judgment, discretion, and confidentiality while providing courteous, efficient service in a fast-paced school environment.
