Proprietary Registration Administrator

Job Summary:

Oversee the administration of proprietary labeling, tonnage tax and data submission.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) submission for Crop Protection and Seed Registration of proprietary label products for multiple divisions and entities of companies with both state and federal government entities Be responsible for maintaining the proprietary label database Maintain labeling on website(s) Maintain label submissions with online written recommendation services Graphic design work and technical writing for all labeling Coordinate & maintain product SDS documents Submission of product sample testing for applicable government agencies Backup for product procurement and logistics Participate in delivery ticketing and invoicing of products Inventory reconciliation File documents electronically and physically All other duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:

Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) Data experience preferred ERP experience preferred Familiar with publishing programs Must be able to read and write legibly to record material usages Must have basic math skills Some artistic ability helpful Possess skills to use all necessary office machines Position includes competitive benefit package Pay will be based on experience and skill set
