  • Parsons is looking for a talented RFI / Submittal Coordinator to join our team! In this role you will support coordinated and timely responses to contractor RFIs and submittals by maintaining logs, tracking deadlines, coordinating reviewers, and reporting status metrics.
  • What You'll Be Doing
  • + Maintain RFI and submittal logs for selected projects.

+ Track response deadlines and coordinate review assignments among clients technical and commercial teams.

+ Monitor response status and escalate overdue items to the applicable Project Director of Construction.

+ Report RFI and submittal metrics as part of the clients project administration reporting.

+ Support the clients efforts to provide timely RFI responses and submittal reviews to avoid delays attributable to Owner response times.

+ Assist in administration of existing RFI and submittal tracking systems and recommend process improvements where appropriate.

+ Coordinate with project administration stakeholders to support organized and retrievable records.

+ Maintain a support role within the clients approval framework for RFI responses and submittal reviews.

  • What Required Skills You'll Bring
  • + Associate's or Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, business, or related field, or equivalent.

+ Experience supporting RFIs, submittals, or technical document workflows on construction projects.

+ Strong tracking, deadline management, and cross-functional coordination skills.

+ Strong written communication and organizational skills.

+ Experience using project tracking logs or PMIS tools.

  • What Desired Skills You'll Bring
  • + Experience supporting owner-side project administration teams. + Familiarity with EPC or CMA document review workflows. + Experience on large industrial or complex building programs.

Salary Range:
